However, masticating juicers definitely produce more nutrient-rich juice. To begin with, there are no cold-press centrifugal juicers out there because they all run at such high speeds (oxidation!) Additionally, the mastication process is much more natural than the centrifugal process- it chews at your produce in the same way we chew our food, as opposed to grinding up the produce into tiny little bits. YES! Samson Juicers take less than 3 minutes to clean up! Ive timed it and I can do it in 45 seconds (Im not joking!). It can be that quick because instead of taking apart the housing, all you have to do is twist it off and run it under the tap! This way, the tap washes off the gears and the housing while theyre still sitting in place. After it dries it is set up to be twisted back on! You will have to scrub the screen, but thats unavoidable if you are going to use a screen. However, it comes with a very handy scrubbing brush to help!
